Extreme Underwater Ironing record taken by the Polish

There is a new extreme underwater ironing world record! Congratulations go to the new record holders who on the 29th May 2010 made up of a 130 strong group from Poland.  The group overtook the current world record for extreme underwater ironing previously achieved at NDAC in the UK.

An attempt will be made on the 1st October 2011 by a group in the UK to regain the world record once again. The event is to be held at the NDAC near Chepstow the UK’s deepest inland dive site.

Extreme Underwater Ironing 2 – A Guinness World Record breaking event. To be held at NDAC on 3rd April 2011 from 9am. Raising funds for RNLI, Families of the fallen, and Scuba Trust.

    The site still says registration must be submitted by 31st March. Is this correct? (I’m sending my cheque anyway.) Also your ‘Contact Us’ link seems to be broken.

    Hi Mark, cheques should arrive at NDAC no later than two weeks before the next event (1st October 2011). Look forward to seeing you there!
